Online Returns

• To make an online return, please contact customer service at customerservice@naturapet.us. Returns must be processed within 30 days of receipt of your merchandise.
• Natura Pet is not responsible for return shipments lost by the carrier. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to an error caused by Pet Supermarket. Any merchandise that is in used condition and/or returned without the original packaging may be refused or subject to a repackaging fee.
